| Whew. Ok back to the daily grind. 
So I just got another job (thank you mike!!!!  ) at the woodland vet. yay! i need some more experience, plus more money couldn't hurt either. I'm a little worried about keeping up with my classes...since, between this job, the monkey job, and two classes, i have either school or work from 8am-8pm every day with only an hour break in between :-/ but i figure, its only 5 weeks right? it just means i have to do all my studying and paper wriitng during the weekends....along with more work.....eh....oh well. get over it laura! you are never going to have a life again!

| I just realized that i didn't even say anything about my trip home in my last post. It was awesome, I saw all my friends and my family and my sissy and most importantly, my kitty! ;-P The weather sucked; it was cloudy and drizzly the whole time i was there, but it didnt really matter. bunch of my friends and i went beach camping for a couple days. It was so relaxing, we just sat around and ate and played frisbee and soccer. Even though the weather was terrible, most of us went in the water anyways. Me and holly had a little...um... adventure....involving out body boards and a strong current Yes, we had to get rescued by a lifeguard, who by the way looked like he was about 12 years old. after he got us to shore he was like "where are you guys from?" probably thinking we were from Idaho or something if we were stupid enough to go out as far as we did. I told him i was from SD and he looked at my like i was psycho. oh well!
So yeah other than that...we went to tj which was fun, even though there were a lot of nasty guys there. Thanks to Brain and Fabian for rescuing me several times i don't think i would ever go there without some guy friends. we didn't get home till about 5
what else...school is crazy as usual, two classes doesn;t seem like that much but when its o-chem and english it turns out i have a lot of homework. ah well, only 5 weeks left speaking of class, i'm in english right now (its in a computer lab) so i should probably go. bye bye! | | |
| ahhh! how do i already feel overwhelmed?? and it's not even cuz of summer school. i'm stressing over money and jobs and i guess just getting settled for the summer. like right now i'm thinking, have to figure out the job thing, clean out the fridge, take back the book i just bought for english that i dont need, buy a reader instead, finish unpacking, go to the financial aid office and figure out why i havent gotten my money yet, pay my cell phone bill with the money i don't have, wash my car, put gas in my car, blah blah blah. i think by this weekend i should have things pretty much figured out. we shall see!
so the drive back up wasn't too bad...except i got a major sunburn on the left half of my upper body because i was driving into the sun the whole way there. i only stopped once and it took my almost 10 hours!!!! it was because there was traffic at every major city. but oh well at leats i got some more experience driving my new car. oh yeah and i woke up this morning with a very sore left butt cheek. i was totally confused until i went to drive my car to the store and realized that i somehow use those muscles when i step on the clutch. weird huh! i guess i'm gonna end up with a half toned ass  alright i'm gonna go put all this energy i have to good use. bye bye! | | |
| this'll probably be my last entry for awhile. its sunday...i got my last 2 finals tomorrow, and then on tuesday its home sweet home! i can't wait! i've been studying allll day....i can't believe how much stuff there is to know for o-chem. it's insane. 7 chapters full of reactions and mechanisms  even though i've been over it a million times i still go back and get mixed up on stuff. oh well....hopefully it will all come to me come test time! i'm giving my brain a rest right now cuz i have pretty much 4 straight hours of tests tomorrow....Physics from 10:30-12:30 and o-chem from 1:30-3:30. whew.
didn't do anything too interesting this weekend.....had my bio final on saturday and have been studying for the others ever since :-/
so i'm looking forward to this summer. first im going home for 2 weeks to see my family, eat some real food and see all my friends! then its back to davis for summer school and work....which really won't be so bad cuz most people i know are going to be staying up here. and i think my sister and some friends are gonna come up and visit. i'm a little worried about the drive up in my new car, but i think it'll be ok. i'll be back in davis on the 22nd....so ill see all you davis people then :) san diego here i come | | |
